| 1 | Every care is taken that all information on this brochure is as accurate as possible. However, facilities may be changed or withdrawn for reasons beyond our control in which case we cannot accept any responsibility. |
| 2 | The period of rental is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure. The receipt of your signed Booking Form and deposit confirms your holiday booking. The balance of the total cost of the holiday is to be paid for in full 8 weeks before departure. Once the final payment is received, this becomes non refundable on cancellation. |
| 3 | The booking only relates to the amount of people indicated on the booking form. Additional people will not be allowed to stay in the property without written prior notification. |
| 4 | Reasonable access must be given to the local property management company to visit the property if needed. |
| 5 | We guarantee that there will be no price increase or surcharges applied to your chosen apartment. |
| 6 | Your signature on the booking form will be taken as acceptance of the listed conditions. |
| 7 | Late Bookings : If this booking is made 8 weeks of departure the full amount is due. |
